Juice Fast

A Juice Fast is a diet which involves the short term intakes of raw fruits and vegetables and water only. Juice Fasting is an excellent source of vitamins and antioxidants and is often seen as a healthy and easy way to lose weight.

Why Juice Fast

I’ve decided to begin my juice fast after watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. If you haven’t seen it, you really should watch it; very inspirational and a little bit scary. I’m not morbidly obese, I get around ok and I’m in relatively good health. But lately I just haven’t been feeling as good as I know I should and, quite frankly, I’m carrying around a few (or more) extra pounds.
