Throughout the day, you will want to drink this drink and this is the only thing that you can have during the day. Take eight to 10 ounces of clean water and add 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice (organic is preferred) along with two tablespoons of organic maple syrup. You should also add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the drink. Don’t worry about the taste, it actually tastes pretty good.
This may seem a little bit extreme but you will begin to notice differences in your body within just a couple of days. After about five days, a happy disposition will overtake your body and you will begin to feel satisfied and content. You will also begin to lose anywhere from one half to 1 pound of fat every day.
It is best if you are able to stay on this cleanse for 10 days or longer. Some people only make it for just a few days but the results are still going to be beneficial, even if you’re unable to stick with it for the long term.
This is an excellent way for you to kick your body into high gear and get it ready for a healthier lifestyle. It helps you to break old habits, such as coffee and sugar. You need to make sure that you’re eating healthily after you finish the cleanse, however, or else it is going to be for nothing that you did it. Use it sparingly but use it for effective weight loss that will last for a lifetime.
