how to lose weight fast and safeWe live in a society that has taught us that everything that we want should come to us quickly.  This has not only made us a society of impatient people, it has also made us a society of people who tend to be overweight.  As a result of ordering food by number at the drive up window and eating sugary snacks because they are the easiest thing for us to grab, many of us find ourselves in a situation where we are unhealthy, overweight and many times, unhappy.

Unfortunately, it takes just as long for us to lose the weight as it does for us to put it on.  Many of us have been working on the extra weight that we are carrying around for many years but we are not really willing to put ourselves out long enough to see the weight go off.  Any nutritionist is going to tell you that the only way for you to really lose weight is to drop about one or 2 pounds every week.  This is really going to make a significant difference and you will see results after just a few weeks of doing it this way but rarely are any of us patient enough to stick with it long enough to see it to fruition.

If you would like to lose your weight quickly and to really see a difference that will be evident within a couple of weeks, there is one method that you can use which has worked successfully for hundreds of people. 

It is a little-known method but that doesn’t mean that it does not work.  As a matter of fact, one of the only reasons why you have probably not heard of this weight loss system is because it is not easy to sell.  Because you can get it for free, people are not going to promote it readily.

The way that you do it is actually quite simple to understand.  You want to make sure that you’re eating the same several meals every day throughout the week.  Many people will tell you that you need to eat six meals a day but you can comfortably do this by eating only four.  Every meal, make sure that you are getting some lean meat, vegetables and a legume.  Don’t eat anything else throughout the day, although it is permissible for you to have a glass of dry red wine at night.

The reason why this works is because you are cutting out the bad sugars from your diet but not cutting out the sugar altogether.  The vegetables are going to give your body the carbohydrates that it needs but the energy from those carbohydrates is going to be released into your system slowly.  Your pancreas will not be overworked and you will not have any extra sugar in your blood stream which cannot be assimilated.  You know what that means?  It means that no fat will be added on to your body and your body will use its natural energy to burn the existing fat stores quickly.
